Your final exam consists of three tests. A practical exam, making 17 drinks in under 4 minutes. A free pouring exam, consisting of ten pours, seven single hand pours and three double hand pours. Finally, you are given a written exam to test your knowledge in beer, wine, spirits and bartending 101.
